Boy Sf-outs. The Commandant conferred with liieut. -Colonel Cosgrove, Chief Dominion Scout, and explained that there would be no clashing of the boy scouts and senior cadets, and, with the ranks of the senior cadets, he would be glad to tnka any prop-erly-formed boy' scout units. It was to be distinctly understood, however, that, for purposes of i drill, they were senior cadets, and had to do the amount of senior cadet drill I laid down by the regulations. After that they could be boy scouts as much as they pleased.
