Tho disturbances arising out of tho execution of Ferrer, who was shot for leading the Barcelona riots, continue. An open fight took place in the Cortes between Ministerialists and Republicans over the case. Liberal Deputies separated the combatants. SPANISH CONSULS RESIGN. INTERFERING WITH THE, TSAR'S VISIT. ROME, 17th October. Many Spanish Consuls in Italy have resigned. The leaders of the agitation id Italy are prolonging the disorders in order to interfere with the Tsar's visit, which has been postponed. The place of the Sovereigns' meeting is to be kept secret until the last moment. IN ARGENTINA. BOMBS EXPLODED IN SPANISH CONSULATE. BUENOS AIRES, ..6th October. Ferrer disturbances continue in Buenos , Aires. The Spanish Legation there is guarded. Bombs exploded in the Spanish Consulate at Rosario (Argentina), injuring an anarchist and damaging the consultate.
