TRUCKS AT FLAG STATIONS. The unsatisfactory position in regard bo trucks left at ting stations was brought under the notice of the Minister of Rnilwayn yesterday by Mr. W. Harding, Secretary to the North Canterbury ProviiKaul District Farmers' Union. Under present conditioiw Brown might easily get v truck consigned to Jont» and vico versa, and it wu*» urged that somo system khould be devised to prevent that sort of thing. Tho Minister said it would be very dilncult tb improve the $chemo under tho existing conditions. * Mr. Harding asked if it could not he- tnudc penal for ono peraon to toko a truck not consigned to him.
