ON FRIDAY, the 24th day of NOVEM- * BER, 1871, upon reading the petition filed herein, and upon hearing ■jf 4 Buckley of counsel for the aaid WilliM Barleet Langbridge and James'Mitchell^ Junior,- ifc is ordered that the said William Bartleet LangbriJge and James Mitchell Junior, be adjudged bankrupts ; and that a meeting of their creditors; be held on Monday, the 4th day of December next, at,the Supreme Courthouse, Wellington, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of choosing a fit person to be trustee of the estate and effects of the said William Bartleet Lanbridge and James Mitchell, Junior, and for the purpose of choosing fit and proper persons to be super- x visors of the said estate.
