Punedin, and in writing, on or before the twenty-ninth day of May 1899, full particulars of such claims, giving the items and amounts of the same ; and the Public Trustee will, at the expiration of the said time or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be, distribute the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims which the Public Trustee shall have then had notice, and according to the priorities given by the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being to such claims as between themselves re- spectively. The following alterations in and addi- tions to the ordinary Train services will be made in connection with the above : — THURSDAY, .MARCH 30. Trains will leave Balclutha for Owaka at 11.30 a.m. and 8 p.m., returning from Owaka at 2 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. An Excursion Train will leave Dunedin for Invercargill at 11.20 p.m., Balclutha 3.25 a.m. , Clinton. 450 a.m. , arriving Invercargill 8.25 a.m. on 31st March. FRIDAY, MARCH 31. An Excursion Traip will leave Inver- cargill for Dunedin at 10.30 p.m. on 30th March, leaving Clinton at 2.5 a.m., Bal- clutha 3.20 a.m., arriving Dunedin 7.45 a.m. The Trains usually leaving Balctutha for Owaka at 7 30 a.m., and Owaka for Balclutha at 915 a.m. will NOT run. Trains will leave Balclutha for Owaka at at 4.15 a.m., 11.30 a.m., and 8 p.m. > re- turning from Owaka at 5.40 a.m., 2 p.m., and 9.30 p.m. MONDAY, APRIL 3. The Train usually leaving Owaka for Balclutha at Ip. m. will NOT run. Trains will leave Balclutha for Owaka at11.30 a.m. and 8 p.m., returning from Owaka at 2 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. An Excursion Train will leave Dunedin for Invercargill at 8.40 p.m., Balcluthai 12.30 a.m., Clinton 2 a.m., arriving Invercargill 5,35 a.m. on 4th April. An Excursion Train will leave Inver- cargill for Dunedin at 10.5 p.m., arriving Dunedin 6.25 a.m. on 4th April.
