Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the County of Clntha proposes to alter j the course of the road between sections C of 37 and 2 of 37 on the one side, and j sections 65 and 67, Block VIII, Pom&hapa District, on the other, by closing portion of the same, and forming a new road through the first-named sections. Plans of the proposed alteration will be on view at the office of the said council in Balclutha from the date hereof, until the ]0h day of June, 1898. All persons having any objection to the proposed alteration must lodge such ob- jection in writing at the said office, on or before the 10th day of June, 1898. Dated this sixth day of May, 1898. P.
