Martin's road the point of commencement; the ssid area including the full width of the roads forming the boundary thereof;, as the same is delineated on the plan /marked P.W.D. ,20630 deposited in the offioe of the Minister for Publio Works at Wellington in the Provincial District of Wellington and thereon bordered red. ■ AND that such Special Rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of April and the Ist day of October in each and every year during the currency of suoh loan, bring a period of thirty years from tho Ist of October, 1904, till the loan is fully paid off.
