MISS LLEWELA DAVIES.
The most notable prize-winner at the Royal Academy of Music thiß year has been Miaa Llewela Davies, to whom was awarded the medal of the Worshipful Company of Musicians for being the moat distinguished student in the Academy. Mhs Daviea holds medals and certificates for harmony, the pianoforte, sight singing and reading, besides the John Thomas scholarship, the Maofarren scholarship, the Santley priz9, the Louiaa Hopkinß priaa, and the Sterndale Bennett prize, and, finally, the bachelorship of mnsio at London University. Such a musical reoord in any aoademioal career ia unique, and the greatest hopeß are entertained of Miss Davies' future achievements M a musician. — Scotch paper.
