(Received June 29, 1.15' p.m.)
LONDON, June 28
Mr Winston , Churchill during a speech at a dinner in> celebration of the anniversary of Greece's entry into the war, said that Russia was not dead, and would never die. All the jackbooters of Potsdam would not trample out the soul of Russia. The American armies wero pouring into France. Italy had gained a decisive victory over the whole remaining Austrian military power. Despite her victories; Germany was downcast, whereas, despite, disappointments, our hearts were as stout as ever. We saw the ever-growing certitude of the approach^ of; final victory.
