HOKITIKA CRICKET CLUB
Now that the above club have com* plefced a most successful season—having . eight consecutive wins to thair credit — * . the averages of the individual members of the team should provo interesting to ~ the club supporters. Mr F C Wade of the Rudge Wbitworth Company has presented a trophy for the best batting average ; this coveted ° prize haa been won by Mr B H Low, who . has the splendid average of 21*4 runs per innings. Tha trophy for best bowling average presented by Mr L Dodson of the Empire Hotel falls to A M Oogley who has taken 55 wickets at a cost of 2*6 runs apiece, ;- The following are the complete aver* ages for tho season :—: — ' '^ j BATIING AVERAGES.
