Now that the above club have com* plefced a most successful season—having . eight consecutive wins to thair credit — * . the averages of the individual members of the team should provo interesting to ~ the club supporters. Mr F C Wade of the Rudge Wbitworth Company has presented a trophy for the best batting average ; this coveted ° prize haa been won by Mr B H Low, who . has the splendid average of 21*4 runs per innings.
