Griffiths, abandoned tunnel, Blue Spur. Mr Beare for applicant.— Granted, subject to production of notifications. John M'Kay and others, tail-race, Seddon's terrace. Mr Park for applicants. Objected to by Duske and Party, and PWilloughby and Party. The last named party said their objection' was a friendly one, being made merely to have their prior rights endorsed on the certificate. . Duske and Party's objection was that it would go too close to their dam. Mr Dnske stated the position as it affected his party as did also Mr Philip Boyd, another member of the party.— Granted, the line of tail-race being amended, not to approach objectors' dam closer than 95ft. Mr Beare for applicants.— Granted for six months. L. M'Lachlan, protection, extended claim, Kanieri Forks. Mr Beare for applicants. — Granted for six months. The Court then closed.
