Returns still keep pouring in from returning officers, many of whom did not hand in their returns yesterday, and rendered it impossible to give full results of elections. Oamaru— Full returns for Waitaki. — Duncan, 705 ; Reid, 676. Hokonui — Cowan returned by a majority of 44 Napier, Hawlces Bay.— Russell, 927 ; Desmond, 534. New Plymouth— Complete returns.— Samuel, 639; Smith, 275 ; Dockrill, 126, Taranaki— Complete.— Marchant, 382 ; Elliot, 336 ; Trimble, 268 ; Kelly, 70. Blenheim. — Great excitement over the election.
