Wellington, September 27. With regard to the Waitotara eleotion there are two polling places up country, two days journey away, and complete returns ara not expected until to-morrow, The voters there are Buppoiod to be mostly Hntchinsou's snpporters. Returns still keep pouring in from returning officers, many of whom did not hand in their returns yesterday, and rendered it impossible to give full results of elections. Oamaru— Full returns for Waitaki. — Duncan, 705 ; Reid, 676. Hokonui — Cowan returned by a majority of 44 Napier, Hawlces Bay.— Russell, 927 ; Desmond, 534. New Plymouth— Complete returns.— Samuel, 639; Smith, 275 ; Dockrill, 126, Taranaki— Complete.— Marchant, 382 ; Elliot, 336 ; Trimble, 268 ; Kelly, 70. Blenheim. — Great excitement over the election. The following returns are to hand|for Wairau.— Dodson, 526 ; Henderson, 477; Macalister, 313. Other returns are to come, but they cannot alter the reßult. Hawera — Egmont election— Atkinson, 740 ; M'Guire, 632. Waitotßra election— Hutchinson, 620; Bryce, 575 j Morgan, 31. Three returns to come in ; cannot effect tbe result. Total for Watura district— hichardaon, 531 ; M'lntosh, 404, Gisborne— East Coast election—Graham, 725 ; M'Donald, 560 ; Gannon, 300; one return to come. Masterton — Complete returns—Beetham, 783 ; Hogg, 503 ; Hawbine, 319. Westport — Returns received up to 12 30 p.m. give O'Conor a majority of 88. Other returns will swell it. Kaiapoi — Richardson, 601; Moore, 571. Cheviot— Lance, 626 ; M'Farlane, 339. Two returns to come ia. Lincola— O'Callaghan, 643 ; Saunders, 551 ; Fnys, 225. One return to come jn.' Tuapeka— Brown, 456 ; Bennett, 457. Clutha— M'Keazie, 554; Hogg, 323. Some returns to come in ; oannot effect the result. Wakaia — Complete returns — M'Kenzie, 429 ; Valeotine, 426 ; Cancing, 327.
