y July 16. George Webster, a well-known squatter, and M H.R. for Wallace, "died last, night,. He had been confined to bed'since Monday. Cause of death was inflammation on ; membrane of brain.
Richard Rock, chemist, Riverton, died somewhat suddenly at the Clarendon Hotel, Invercargill, last night.
