THE LATE MR HARMAN.

The funeral of the late Mr E. J. 8. Harman took place this afternoon, leaving his residence at 2 p.m. for St Michael's Church, and proceeding thence to Barbadoes Street Cemetery. The number of followers was very large, including many of Mr Harman's old friends, representatives from cricket, athletic, football and rowing bodies, with which the deceased gentleman had been connected for many years, and a number of old servants. At St Michael's Church a choral service was conducted by the Right Rev Bishop Julius, assisted by the Rev Canon Averill and the Rev J. A. Julius. The pall bearers were the sons of the deceased, Messrs R. De Renzi, T. De Rjßazi, William, Victor and Harold Har« man. A large number of wreaths were sent by friends and various bodies with which Mr Harman was conuected.
