In reference to the appointment of a Parliamentary draughtsinnn at £750 per annum, the Times states that Mr Gurnin, tha proEcnt draughtsman, wishes- to tako a well-earned rest at the end oi next year, and it is advisable that the new draughtsman should be inducted into the work. Mr G.
