Waitaki.

The nomination for the Waifcaki electorate took place to-day at Pukeuri. T. Duncan (late member) and John Eeid, an Opposition candidate, were nominated. There was little interest exhibited. The show of hands was, three for Mr Duncan and five for Mr Reid. A poll was demanded on behalf of Me Duncan.
