SPECIAL PARLIAMENTARY TELEGRAMS.
(FROM OUR WELLINGTON CORRESPONDENT.) The Representation Bill adds 10 new members to the House, one for eacli of the following districts :—City of Dunedia, City of Christchurch, Timaru, Waitaki, Grey Valley, Hokitika, Napier, Wangauui, Thames, and Waipa. The latter is formed out of the Waikato. _ Regarding the Surveyor-General, nothing is known, but a general impression seems to prevail that Mr J. T. Thomson will be appointed. The M'Doimcll Court of Enquiry is not yet over. Sir George Urey and a number of other witnesses were examined to-day. The Public Accounts Committee's evidence is not yet printed, nor will it be for several
