Any mistakes which shall appear in the list of Voters Trill be corrected. The name'of every person whose qualification, as stated in such list, shall be insufficient in law to entitle such person to vote. Also the name of every person proved to be dead, and every name which shall be proved to be fictitious, will be expunged.
