This acre is pleasantly 6ituated and commands a most extensive view of the Harbor, ranging from the head of the Bay to the Valley of the Hutt, is easily approached, and when laid out will form one of the prettiest Villa residences in town, its close proximity to the leading buildings, public offices, wharfs, &c, renders it peculiarly valuable. Town Acre No. 944, Rintoul-street, corner of Riddiford and Eevans street, situated near the Barracks, on the high road, and is admi-

It is delightfully situated, commanding an extended and uninterrupted view of both ends of the Town and Harbour, and being, in fact, one of the mnst interesting situations in the Town or neighbourhood for a private residence. It is accessible from both approaches to Wellington Terrace, and has a right of road from the beach on Lambton-quay.
