DIVORCE GRANTED
SEQUEL TO SEPARATION On the ground of separation since December, Reginald .James Arthur Swan (Mr. V. R. Meredith) sought divorce from Stella Kllaline Swan (Mr. Drummond) beffire Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court yesterday. The parties were married at Lowestoft. England, in August, 1920. The petitioner said he had formerly been in tlx- British Navy, which he left to come to N'-W Zealand in 19-So. He left his wife in December, 1929, because of her association with another man. Their agreement then to live, separate was reasserted in December, 19.31, and he had not seen her since. * His Honor granted a decree nisi.
