GATEWAY OF REMEMBRANCE The "Gateway of Remembrance' which has been erected at the entrance to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church hall, New Lynn, as a memorial to those from the district who served in the Great War, will be opened on Sunday afternoon by Mr. W. Rankin, Presbyterian minister at New Lynn, who, ' will be recollected, was responsible f<J the construction of the church a about two years ago. . , * Tt is the desire of Mr. Rankm the memorial should serve toi borough as a whole and not mere y church. As the cost of building rials has yet to be defrayed, a colic tion for this purpose will be made Sunday's ceremony.
