SCAFFOLDING COLLAPSES.
SEVEN WORKERS INJURED. ACCIDENT AT A DAM. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] DUNEDIN. Tuesday. A message from Cromwell states that as the result of the collapse oi: a section of scaffolding at the Poolburn dam this morning seven men were injured. It is belioved that two of them were seriously hurt. Four of the men. Messrs. W. Mason (Alexandra), G. Creighton (Mosgiel), Thorpe (Dunedin) and E. Collett (St. Bathans), suffered, fractures of ribs. They were all admitted to the Dunstan Hospital.
