His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government will hold a levee at 2 p.m., and His Excellency’ has issued invitations for a Rail in (he Evening. The dav xx ill also be invested xvilh a novel and deep inieresl as that of 1 lit* first meeting of ihe General Assembly of New Zealand under lhe nexv Constitution Act.
