Quite ont of the ordinary has been the success attending the sale of the Tahunanui sections. About threo months ago Messrs Fell, Rout, and Jackson purchased from the trustees ff Green's estate the property knowii as "The Sands." Tho area was cut up into conveniently-sized allot" ments, ..streets laid off and formed, and 'yesterday week the new township was pnt on the market, and so rapid has been the sale that this •norning saw, with the exception of the homestead, the last of the sections sold. This means a turnover of some £10,000 in the short time, and is considered a record for Nelson, if not for New Zealand. The following are the original purchasers: — E. F.
