GAZETTES.
We have received by the Airedale from Auckland Nos. 16, 17, and 18 of the New Zealand Gazette, from which we extract the following :—•;
The election of Thomas Henry Fitzgerald to serve as member for the county of Hawke, in the House of Representatives, is notified. The election of ten members to serve in the Provincial. Council of Marlboroug'h is also notified. A.proclamation calling the General Assembly together on the 25th July next, is issued. Notice is given,that the town of Collingwood is excluded from the limits of the Gold Fields Act. . .
A notification is made to the effect that the Hon. H. Seymour has resigned his seat in the Legislative Council, which resignation has been accepted. The election of Mr. Charles Hunter Brown as member for Ghristchurch in the General Assembly is notified. Also, that of Mr. Thomas Henderson for the Northern Division of the Province of Auckland.
