Henry Phillips. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing on the road along the River Heathcote right bank at the south-east point of No. 16, thence following the river road southerly for 15 chains, thence eastward along an accommodation road 36 chains to the River Heathcote Road, following that road northerly 13%" chains, or south-west corner of No. 16, and then back to starting point 42 chains, and numbered 54 on the chief surveyor's map. , No. 55. Long den $• Le Cren. 50 acres in the Lyttelton district, Gollan's Bay, in the Harbour of Port Victoria, and numbered 55 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 56. Felix Wahefield. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at about 3 miles 51 chains on the road from Christchurch to Harewood, direct; frontage on the road 33 chains 75 links, then in a north- easterly direction 40 chains, then south-easterly I2i¥ chains, and back to starting point about 41 chains, and bounded on the east side by road west of Section 12, and numbered 56 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 57. H. S. Richards. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, near Trigonometrical Stations 1 and 3, and numbered 57 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 58. -R. J. S. Harman. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, near the Trigonometrical Stations 1 and 4, and joining Section 57, and numbered 58 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 60. W. G. Brittan. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, between the rivers WaiMairi and Wai-ra-rapa, and adjoining the western boundary of Section 18 ; frontage on the Wai-mairi road 141 chains, and numbered 60 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 61. Daniel Waikins. 50 acres in Akaroa Harbour, on the French Creek ; frontage on the harbour, and numbered 61 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 62. B. Lancaster. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the northeast corner of No. 13 ; frontage along the Lyttelton and Christchurch Road, east 121 chains, then at right angles to that road 40 chains, along the road between it and Section 48, then west 121 chains, to south-east corner of Section 13, and back 40 chains in a northerly direction to the starting point, and numbered 62 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 63. T. Roivley, Jun. 50 acres in the harbour of Akaroa, in a bay marked " Kai" on the french chart; sea frontage, and numbered 63 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 64. Kent and Zuch. 150 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing on the river Heathcote road, south bank, at a point 27 chains north north west of Trig. Station, 12 along the Heathcote river road 156 chains, then westward 54 chains to the starting point, and numbered 64 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 65. R. J. P. Fleming. 100 acres in Port Levy, the easternmost bay at the head of the harbour; sea frontage, and numbered 65 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 66. A. If. Buchanan. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, immediately to the westward of, and adjoining Section 17, bounded on the north by the south boundary of the reserve round Christchurch, 12 chains along it, thence to the southward 42i chains, then eastward along a creek to south-west corner of Section No. 17, and numbered 66 on the chief surveyor's map. No, 67. C. T. Maunsell. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the northwest point of Section 44, going north along the river Heathcote road 12 chains, thence easterly 45i chains, then at right angles 11 chains, thence back to the starting point 47)4, chains, and numbered 67 on the chief surveyor's map.

P.-Way. 100 acres in the Christchurch.district, commencing- on the western side of Section 66 with 25 chains; frontage on the Harewood road, and extending hack 40 chains on either side at right angles to the said road, leaving a right of road, 50 links in width, between it and No. 56; breadth at the back 25 chains, and numbered 68 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 69. E. Phillips. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the junction of the town reserve - with the Christchurch and Lyttelton road ; frontage on the town reserve road 16 chains 30 links, then at a right angle in an easterly direction 41 chains 10 links, thcfiin a south direction to the Christchurch and Lyttelton road 311 chains, and then following the said road to the starting point 38 chains, and numbered 69 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 70. M. Pollard. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the junction of two branches of the Waimiri river, 65 chains east of Trigonometrical Station, thence extending to the westward ; frontage about 26 chains on the Waimiri river road, and bounded at the back by the river Wairaraka road south bank, and numbered 70 on the chtef surveyor's map.
