FOOTBALL.

Sib,— ln to-day's issue I notice in the list of Hawke'a Bay representatives you make it appear that the Napier Cnb has six members in tbe te-im, and Waipawa one. I fall to see wby Tutere's clnb Bhould be put down as Napier, considering thst he is a duly elected moraber of the Waipawa Club, and with that clnb has played regularly during the reason, and as a member of that club was chosen a representative of the Connty Union. I believe I am right in saying that be has never played a game in his life for the Napier club, and simply because that clnb has ••ran him in" as a member at the last moment it seems unfair that the Waipawa clnb does nob get the credit of having two members in the representative team. Waipawa is naturally pleased that two of its players have been chosen to represent the province. As regards a play or being able to play under both unions, that qneation will be discussed at the next ' meeting of the Waip3wa Connty Union.— I am, &o , Vernon H. Reed. Waipawa, Jnne 11.
