A special service in commemoration of Her M.ijest.y's Jubilee was field in St. Margaret's Church, Westminister, yesterday, and was attended by the Speaker and about 100 members of the House of Commons. The Archbishops of Canter lmrv and York and other prelates conducted the service. It is announced that Sir Henry Loch, Governor of Victoria, and Sir William Robinson, Governor of South Australia, have been created Knights Grand Cross of the Order of St. Michael and St. George, and that Mr J. B. Thiirston, LieutenantGovernor of Fiji, and Dr. Hector, of Wellington, have been created Knights Commanders of tiic same Order.
