PILOT SERIOUSLY INJURED
Flight Sergeant' John William Wright was injured seriously at Ardmore yesterday when the Corsair aircraft he was flying turned over on its back just as it was coming in to land. The cause of the accident is unknown. His wife resides at Waiau Pa, Patumahoe. Mrs. A. V. Wright, 16 Albert Street, Rangiora, is his mother.
