.» ,„. — VICEREGAL. Government House, Wellington, February 21. Their Excellencies the GovernorGeneral and Lady Newall attended Divine Service at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul this morning. February 22. Their Excellencies the GovernorGeneral and Lady Newall, attended by Major C. J. Holland-Martin, visited the depot for the repair of Army clothing, Marion Street, this morning. Sir Harry Batterbee, High Commissioner for the United Kingdom, will return to Wellington tomorrow. The Minister of Transport (Mr. O'Brien) has returned to Wellington from an official visit to the South Island. Major R. G. C. McNab, headmaster of John McGlashan College, Dunedin, has forwarded his resignation to the board of governors. Major McNab has been transferred from the Army to a permanent position with the British Legation in Persia.
