Sir Harry Batterbee, High Commissioner for the United Kingdom, will return to Wellington tomorrow. The Minister of Transport (Mr. O'Brien) has returned to Wellington from an official visit to the South Island. Major R. G. C. McNab, headmaster of John McGlashan College, Dunedin, has forwarded his resignation to the board of governors. Major McNab has been transferred from the Army to a permanent position with the British Legation in Persia.
