PAVEMENT CONFUSION
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —I am surprised that of all the cities I have been in the lack of "keep to the left" signs seems most acute in Wellington. The people in the streets are the worst controlled I have seen. They loiter anywhere but on their correct side and do not seem to know left from right. I hope in the near future the City Council will have more "keep to the left" signs erected. —I am, etc.,
DISGUSTED.
