MAYOR OF UPPER HUTT

The Mayor of U^per Hutt (Mr. P. Robertson) was admitted to the Wellington Hospital yesterday as the result of an injury received in a motor collision at 5.50 p.m. last Sunday.

The car Mr. Robertson was driving was turning from Beth Street into the main road that leads to Upper Hutt when it came into collision with a l-'ght truck driven by James Blewman, a son of Councillor Blewman, which was travelling towards Upper Hutt. Mrs. Robertson received slight injuries, and is confined to her home, but it was not thought until yesterday that Mr. Robertson had received any injury.
