The Railway Department advertises in this issue particulars of new stations being opened at Awarua Street and Simla Crescent, also the trains which will stop at these stations.
At 10.45 a.m. today a collision took place at the corner of Tama and Valentine Streets, Lower Hutt, between a motor-cycle ridden by R. McWhinney, Lower Hutt, and a bicycle ridden by Frank Butler, also of Lower Hutt. Butler received a slight injury to his back and was taken home after receiving medical attention. McWhinney was removed to the hospital in the Wellington Free Ambulance, suffering from injuries to- his face and head,
