OBITUARY
MRS. J. 0. COBBE
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) FEILDING, This Day. Mrs. Cobbe, wife of the Hon. J. G. Cobba, Minister of Defence and Justice* died yesterday. All of the Minister's meetings and other engagements have been cancelled. Mr. W. H. Oliver (Labour) and Mr. E. Fair (Democrat), who with Mr. Cobbe are candidates for Oroua, have also cancelled all their meetings.
Mrs. Cobbe was formerly Miss Frances- Amelia Elders, daughter of Richard Elders, of Phillipstou-n, Feilcling.
Miss Vera Moor",, the New Zealand pianist, is now living at Copt.home, in Sussex. She is giving another pianoforte recital a!, the Wigrnore tlnll in a few days' time.
