LATE MR. R. A. LOUGHNAN
Tho funeral of the late Mr. Robert Andrew Loughnan. took place at Karori today, and was largely attended. Requiem. Mass was celebrated at St, Mary of the Angels' Church, Boulcott Street, by tho Rev. Father O'Connor, S.M., and there were present in tho sanctuary tho Roy. Fathers Cleary, S.M., Crocker, • S.M., Cahill, S.M., and Dignan, S.M. : The chief mournors wero Messrs. I\ 08. Lougbnan (brother), C. «T. Ldughnan, E. J. Loughnan, and G. Harper (nephews).. Tho pallbearers at the residence were Messrs. Frank Jones, IT. H. Newton, J. E. L. Baldwyn (Eotary Club), and E. J. Loughnan, and at tbo church Mossrs. F. Campbell, W. Gray Young, J. E. L. Baldwyn, A, W. TTawloy, M. E. Donniston (Eotary Club), and G. Harper (Otaki). Amongst those prosent were the Hon. W. Perry, M.L.C., Mr. W. 11, I^iekl, M.r., Sir Frederick Chapman, Messrs. E. A. Blundell and .T. Parker ("Evening Post,), A, B. L'anc>.(United Press Association), Dr. G. H» Scholefield, Messrs.
