The latest final General Election returns include Kotorua, and the completed figures place the sitting member, Mr. C. H. CHnkard, 30 votes ahead of the Labour candidate, Mr. 'A.. EV Mqncur. The only doubtful seat now outstanding is Lyttelton. The narrowest majority so far has boon recordod in Eangitikei, where Mr. A. Stuart dofoated Mr. J, T. Hogan, who represented the constituency in. the last Parliament, by 13 votes. Details of the official counts are given below.
