ARRIVAL AT ZOO
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") '■■■„ "AUCKLAND, This-Day. A young-eland •iwasi.borh at the ;Zoo this week.. The animal belongs to the antelope species. The Mayor (Mr. G. Baildon), v/hc ' made a visit to the Zoo this morning, said he believed the newcomer was the first of its kind ever born in captivity. It is also the first baby of the young pair acquired by ths City Council about five years ago. ____^^______
