Special Meeting of the Makara L-ounty Council, held on Friday, the tenth day of October, 1924, the following Resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on' Friday, the fourteenth day of November, 1924, at 10 a.m., at the Council Chamber, Ballance street, Wellington; Resolution. In exercise of the powers conferred on '.'by Part IV., "The Counties Act," 19^1), and in particular the powers vested m it by "The Health Act," 1920, the Council pf the County of Makara hereby makes, by Special Order, an additional nl aY u£ der th? heading HEALTH. Chapter XI., to the Bylaws made the thir'Penth day of June, 1924, and to be entitled the Building Bylaw. The object and purport of the proP°Bed Bylaw are;—PROVIDING for 1 -ij- minimum area and frontage of building allotments of 32 perches aud 50 feet respectively, Air-space, Site, Erection, and Construction of all classes of buildings. 2. The Repeal of all bylaws of the Council, now m force and relating to Building. A full copy of the proposed .Bylaw is deposited at the Offices of the County Council, Ballance street, Wellington and is open for inspection by the public, during office hours, until the 14th day of November, 1924.
