NEW YORK, 31sfc August. The-American Jockey Club has announced that it has sent a representative to England with an agreement, which Mr. Jien. Irish will sign, under which Papyrus will race an American three-year-old yet to be -designated at NeW York on 20th October for a purse of 100,000 dollars, of which Mr. Irish is assured 2000 dollars and expenses if Papyrus loses, the winner receiving the remainder.
