Her of the Derby, informs the "Sunday Express" he has accepted an American challenge to race Papyrus against the best American horse for £4000 ana 1 the title, of the fastest horse in the world,* The owner of the losing horse-jvill receive £4000. The French horse, Epinard, winner qf the .Stewards' Cup, may also be entered. The American fiorse will be chosen by a series of elimination.
