London and M'Kenzie to represent the board on the body controlling the Petone. Technical School. * ' A Press Association telegram an- ' nounces the death at his residence, Bell * Block, near New Plymouth, of the Hon. Thomas Kelly, for many years a member of Parliament. As far back as 1869 he ' was returned as member for New Ply- ■ mouth in the House of Representatives, In which he sat until 1884- In 18^9 ha', was called to the Legislative Council, and was reappointed in 1905."
