NEW ZEALAND CASUALTIES ANOTHER THIRTEEN DEATHS A further casualty list issued at 8.30 last night reported 11 men killed in action, 2 died of enteric, 1 missing, 22 wounded. 9 slightly wounded, and 2 in hospital.
