JWYLIE —On the 21st August, at the Nursing Home, Kafapoi, James Hill Wylie (Jim), dearly beloved ltubbaml of Maysel Wylie, and brother of W. Wylie, Riddiford-street; aged 35 years. McCARTHT,— On the 23rd August, at her residence, Holloway-road (suddenly), Alice, the dearly beloved wife of Hugh D McCarthy; aged 34 years. BARTON,— On the 24th August, 1914, at his parents' residence, No. 17, Ferguson-street, Newt-own, Walter Thomas, second dearly beloved son of Thomas and Ellen Barton; aged 24 years and 8 months; deeply refretted. R.I.P. O'CONNOR.— On the 24th August, 1914, at the Seddon Hospital, John O'Connor; aged 33 year's, R.I P, JOHANSSON.— On the 25th August, 1914, at her parents' . residence, Main-road, Karori, Phyllis Lousles Matilda, beloved infant daughter of Emil and Ellen Johansson, aged 7 weeks; deeply regretted. Private interment. McLEAN.— On the 26th August, 1914, at Nurse Major's Private Hospital, Marion-street, William McLean, late Secretary of Opera House Company; aged 69 years. Passed away peacefully. '
