The Heathcote Seat.
+ [Bt Telegraph.] [united peeBB association.] Christchubch, 20th December. Mr. Wynn-Williama, former member for Heathcote, and Mr. Frederick Jones, representative of the seat in the County Council, •are probable candidates for the seat vacant throngh Mr. Coster's death. Mr. A. Ayera, Mayor of Christchurch, will also probably be a candidate.
