London, Juue I. | The Derby Stakes run at Epsom, to dp.y, resulted : Lemberg 1, Greenback 2, Clias. O'Malley 3. Neil Gow was troublesome at the post, but tho field got away well together. Greenback tonic the lead early in the race, with Lenitarg, Wildll >\ver, and Neil Gow in elosu Jittcuhnto The positions were practically unaltered till a few yards from the post, when Lemberg w.is cal'ed upon, and, miking a great effort, he snatch d a victory on the post by a nec:.c from Greeubick. Chas O'Malley came up at tho business end and passed Wildfhwer and Neil Gow, but could not get within two lengths of the leaders. Neil Gow passei Wildflower, and got into fourth place, close up to Cha«. U'Malley. The race was run m 2 35 1■ 5, a record for tho Derby th J previous bust being that cf Spear mint, 2.;)G 4 5.
