Cutting Daffodils
rget the beat out of daffodils it is advisable to cut them before die bud is fully expanded; they should then be placed in water and allowed to open indoor*. They will attain as large a size as when left on the plant, and will not suffer from high winds or heavy rains. When dispatching daffodils by .post or rail they should be gathered when the bud is just expanding. This will ensure a satisfactory delivery.
