MARRIED TO-DAY.
CHINESE RESIDENTS. CHONG—LUEY. The wedding took place this afternoon of Hiss Ann Luey, of Hongkong, China, and Mr. Andrew Chong, a prominent Chinese in Auckland. The ceremony was held at the home of Mr. Henry Ah Kew, Dunkerron Avenue, Epsom, and the Rev. J. Hiddlestone, of the Epsom Baptist Church, officiated. The bride, who was given away by her brother, was married in an ensemble of green with a hat to match and carried a bouquet in toning flowers. She was attended by Mies M. Lip Guey as bridesmaid. The beet man was Mr. Ah Kew. After the ceremony a reception was held, about 50 gueste attending.
