DARGAVILLE CLUB. MARY MITCHELL IN FORM. C. W. KIRTON TWO RECORDS. Competing In the high jump at the Dargaville Amateur Athletic Club's second championship meeting Mary Mitchell leaped 4ft S3in, which was 2Jin more than that with which she won the Auckland provincial championship not long ago. She attempted to break her own figures for the broad jump, but was unsuccessful, her best effort being 10ft lOJin. ' C. W.
