CAR ASSEMBLY IN N.Z.
Big Ford Enterprise for Wellington. READY IN JUNE NEXT. (Received 10.30 a.m.) WINDSOR (Ont.), November 21. Construction of an assembly plant at Wellington, New Zealand, by the Ford Motor Company of Canada to cost £150,000, is to be started immediately. The president, Mr. Wallace* R. Campbell, announces that it will be ready to operate on July 1, 1930.
