A car containing seven Chinese crashed through the Kangitata Bridge about 3 o'clock this morning, ..on the way from Christchurch to J imai u.
One of the occupants, named Young, a fruiterer, of Timaru, was killed. Young's wife was badly injured, and the others slightly injured.
